Downloading invoices, still to my name and not my company name and can't find an option to change that

I personally do not like that I need to leave a comment on a review and not just a star rating, would rather not leave a rating/review at all

orders still saying pending payment

I'm assuming that this is just because we cant do "real" payments but my orders are all saying pending payment

would be nice to add to cart from the item preview page

it would be nice to be able to add items to cart without opening each page individually, it would be nice to be able to just add them from a button on the product preview thingy

billing address checkbox difficult to see

The checkbox for changing the billing address is a bit difficult to see on my screen

(in checkout) Place order greyed out but not saying select payment method

Add a note saying payment method not selected if it hasnt been selected already.

Missing info on checkout page

Is there a section missing in the checkout page, it goes 1 - contact info , 3 - shipping address , 4- order notes then 5- payment method so number 2 is missing or have we just skipped it by mistake

Allow me to arrange my own transport

Not sure if I'm just blind and not seeing this option but we must give customers an option to collect or arrange their own transport when purchasing

New orders are not coming thorugh

People are placing orders but they are not populating in orders section? the notification is showing 5 but I cant see any?

Notification counters not working

Review Rating Button - View All Reviews

When hovering over the review rating button, it takes a couple of tries before it allows me to select 'View All Reviews'.

Really like the idea of adding this feature. Flow of submitting the price check is smooth, logical and user friendly. Email notifications received and easily understandable.

Naming and Description inconsistencies

The Naming of the products and the descriptions need to all be the same. Ask Jacques what this means lolBut some items use mm then Mm.Some have Caps for each word some not etc etc

Says order made, payfast payment cleared then my order history says pending payment, not sure if this is just because it is a test run

How can we help

When you click on the quick search sugestions under the How can we help, it says no results, even though when I scroll down there is a returns and refunds option and when I click on that then information comes up, also the screen does not jump down to the bottom it just changes from view articles to viewing catergory but no indication to scroll to the bottom of the screen, just keep clicking away

the only way to close it is to click pack on the profile button

Login not working correctly

When pressing log in, the button just refreshes the login page and doesnt take me to the store so it looks like the login failed but when i go to store, I am logged in - see whatsapp video

Clicking on the enlarge button on an image does nothing

Make the email address at the bottom of the page a clickable link

Just an ease of use thing so that clicking the email address automatically takes you to your email and opens a draft

Auto load more

Would it be better for the pages to automatically load more categories/products when scrolling to the bottom of the page instead of manually pressing the load more button?

Slow loading through the product path

The "PRODUCT GROUPS" link in the path seems to load noticeably slower than when clicking on the category

Missing product path

Product path not changing correctly when clicking on a category and changing again when going into a product

Scroll up when clicking on category

Page is not scrolling back to the top after clicking on a product category, so if I am at the bottom of the categories and click one of the link, it takes me to that category but leaves me at the bottom of the page which is quite annoying because it looks like the link was empty

Password generation

Browser doesn't detect that the first password block so only suggests auto password generation when clicking on the confirm box

Sign up sheet looks messy with the example text sitting over itself
